Additional Requirements:
  • Age 21 to 30 years
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in any brand showroom (electronics, appliances, lighting, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Smart, confident, and well-presented with strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluency in standard Bangla is mandatory; candidates with local dialect accents will not be considered.
  • Must maintain formal attire and strong personal grooming.
  • Proven push-selling ability and strong customer-handling skills.
  • Must strictly follow shift timings, attendance discipline, and company policies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of showroom operations, product display, and billing processes is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to take instructions from supervisors or managers.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The Executive, Sales will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience inside the showroom while maintaining Alphaeshop’s premium brand standards. This role requires a confident, well-groomed individual who can communicate fluently in standard Bangla and engage customers through effective push-selling. The Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets, ensuring proper product display, and upholding discipline in shift timings and company policies. The position demands strong selling skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products using strong push-selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display to reflect the brand’s premium image.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in standard Bangla, ensuring no local dialect or slang is used.
  • Assist customers with product details, features, comparisons, and benefits to support their buying decision.
  • Maintain formal attire and proper grooming at all times.
  • Prepare and process bills, maintain sales records, and support smooth checkout operations.
  • Check stock availability, update the team on low or out-of-stock items, and request replenishment when necessary.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, or after-sales concerns courteously and professionally.
  • Follow strict shift schedules, attendance rules, and comply with all company policies and showroom protocols.
  • Support showroom promotions, campaigns, or events as instructed by the manager.
  • Work closely with the showroom team to ensure a seamless and customer-centric sales environment.
