Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a result-driven retail Shop Manager to be responsible for the overall shop management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Our main products will be smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, cameras, accessories, consoles, etc.
∎ Work Hours: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM
∎ Weekly Holiday: Sunday
∎ Location: Mirpur DOHS Shopping Complex, 4th floor, Space 32, Mirpur DOHS, 1216 Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake shop administration duties such as managing shop budgets, updating financial records, monitor inventory levels, order new items, manage the assets of the shop, etc.
∎ Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the shop are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, and controlling expenses.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Make sure the shop is meeting the targets and earning profits.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand shop traffic, and enhance profitability.
∎ Oversee the day-end-close process of the shop.
∎ Ensure security maintenance of the shop.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in sales and shop management of any retail chain outlets of smartphones, laptops, and accessories.
∎ Strong leadership and customer management abilities
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Creative, innovative, and strategic thinking ability
∎ Good command in Microsoft Office
∎ Tolerant, well-presented, well-mannered, and a team player
∎ Relationship and network building ability
∎ Must be target oriented, and able to fulfill responsibilities
∎ Excellent organization and planning skills
∎ Know their audience
∎ Open to learning new things

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
