Experience:

Ability to analyze sales data and take strategic actions.
Proficient in MS Office and modern retail POS systems.

Job Responsibilities:
The Shop Manager is responsible for leading all retail operations of the assigned store, ensuring excellence in customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining brand standards. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned retail professional with a strong fashion retail background, leadership skills, and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
1. Store Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain proper visual merchandising according to Le REVE brand guidelines.
Ensure adequate stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
Monitor store cleanliness, hygiene, security, and overall ambiance.
2. Sales & Performance Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Analyze store performance metrics (footfall, conversion rate, average basket size, etc.) and develop action plans for improvement.
Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal strategies to maximize sales.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and lead store staff, including Sales Executives and Cashiers.
Conduct regular staff training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance and performance evaluations.
4. Customer Experience Excellence
Ensure superior customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Maintain a welcoming shopping environment aligned with Le REVE’s standards.
Encourage team members to deliver personalized, customer-focused service.
5. Administration & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and POS operations.
Coordinate with the Head Office regarding stock requests, HR matters, and operational updates.
