Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service·
Training, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences·
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers·
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth·
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner·
Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as needed to support business operations.
