• Self Driven and Result Oriented, with Good Knowledge of MS Office/ Excel.

This position requires hands-on experience in knitting production, overseeing production planning, scheduling, and quality compliance. The role involves coordinating with R&D, stores, maintenance, and team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company standards.

• To follow up overall knitting production Support for planning and organizing production schedule considering target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.
• Work closely with R&D team to set right knitting parameter.
• Check & record finish fabric parameter against greige fabric parameter.
• Work closely with yarn store & greige fabric store to monitor daily stock & inventory Supervision of knitting m/c maintenance program with electrical & utility dept.
• Supervision of team members of their daily routine function.
• Responsible to maintain company quality management system, code of conduct, SOP & work instructions.
• Maintain the compliance issues properly at knitting section Any other task assigned by the top management
