Responsibilities & Context:
This position requires hands-on experience in knitting production, overseeing production planning, scheduling, and quality compliance. The role involves coordinating with R&D, stores, maintenance, and team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
- To follow up overall knitting production Support for planning and organizing production schedule considering target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.
- Work closely with R&D team to set right knitting parameter.
- Check & record finish fabric parameter against greige fabric parameter.
- Work closely with yarn store & greige fabric store to monitor daily stock & inventory Supervision of knitting m/c maintenance program with electrical & utility dept.
- Supervision of team members of their daily routine function.
- Responsible to maintain company quality management system, code of conduct, SOP & work instructions.
- Maintain the compliance issues properly at knitting section Any other task assigned by the top management
