Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribution the job bag to Production as per production Planning instruction.
∎ Follow up and achieve production plan without puts and deliveries in the shift.
∎ Make sure all machines are run with maximum utilization in the shift.
∎ Plan the man power according to the daily requirement in the shift
∎ All the administration matters need to follow up during the shift.
∎ Initiated in other responsibilities & other driven project.(Eg: capacity improvement, ELS, EHS, Scrap reduction)
∎ Shift reports need to update on time.
∎ Effectively guide the production team leader and operators
∎ Follow up the machine maintains & servicing
∎ Ensure the quality production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of different types of carton paper & testing requirement
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of garments accessories trade
∎ Planning production of print and or label industry
∎ Experience of compliance of various accreditations
∎ Good man management skills
∎ Believes in following of processes and procedures
∎ Good mentoring and guiding skills
∎ Experience in team work
∎ Affinity to work in any shift
