Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any university.
∎ Textile background will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with designers/sample section to make sure the design suits production methods;
∎ Work with pattern graders to size pre-production garments and advising cutters and machinists on making up samples;
∎ Check sample garments and making any changes needed to make production friendly;
∎ Analyze risk for upcoming style and take preventive actions;
∎ Suggest and implement the correct method to produce quality garments;
∎ Check and verify pre-adjusted pieces of machinery to comply with specifications;
∎ Perform root cause analysis for any error and suggest corrective and preventive action;
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Must have experience working on Denim bottom. Preferably with European buyers;
∎ Knowledge of pattern making, grading, and industrial workmanship;
∎ Good sense of communication;
∎ Fastness with accuracy;
∎ Positive team spirit;
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Good command of spoken and written English;
∎ Knowledge in CAD system (Lectra or others pattern making software);
∎ Proficiency in MS office such as outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related drawing software;
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).
