∎ Musthavesound knowledge of sewing 100% knit garments.
∎ Pro-active and well organized.
∎ Knowsomecomputer skills (E-mailing, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
∎ Ableto work under pressure.
∎ Musthaveexperience in floor/line management, production quality control, audit.
∎ Goodcommunication media between operators and higher management.
∎ Manpowercontrol.
∎ Clear knowledge of JUKI, SIRUBA sewing machines, its parts & its operation system.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Optimumutilization of machines & manpower.
∎ Pre-sewing procedure maintains & follows up such as all garment parts, accessories, labels & drawstring inhouse before starting a line.
∎ Practically do better than the worker & take control over workers & sections.
∎ Makingawork plan daily in the morning & making meetings with the line workers.
∎ Giveproper instructions to the line workers for the whole day's work.
∎ Monthly, daily & hourly target follow up.
∎ Orderquantity follow up as per PO wise, style wise, color wise & reconciliation.
∎ Layout planning for each style.
∎ Makethetime slot for every process how long the workers need to complete every process & follow up very strictly that they are finishing their process by the scheduled time.
∎ Motivate the workers to perform better & to increase productivity.
∎ Resolve technical issues in sewing lines for smooth production flow to achieve right quality & quantity.
∎ Minimumwastage of fabric and garment parts in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfill the right quantity.
∎ Workonskill developments of line operators.
∎ Maintain safety, compliance & pleasant working environment.
∎ Makeadaily report and send it to the production GM.
∎ Meeting with production GM & planning responsibles for line plans.
∎ In-line quality control. Monitor production output, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact efficiency or quality.
∎ Special care for size set & PP samples.
∎ Implement and enforce best practices for fabric handling, storage, and utilization to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
∎ Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
