Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicating with customers to understand the problems of their products.
∎ Thoroughly inspecting and testing the electronic components and circuits of the products.
∎ Identifying damages and other malfunctions and then repairing the products accordingly.
∎ Provide instant support to sales channel partners for sales development.
∎ Following all standard operating procedures of the establishment. Make sure the repaired product performs like a brand-new one.
∎ Appropriately handling all repairs and testing equipments.
∎ Effectively managing time and meeting all specified targets and deadlines.
∎ Completing every assignment which is given by the authorities/Incharge.
