• To provide nationwide aftersales service of Gas Stove, Rice Cooker, Electric Iron, Electric Kettle, Pressure Cooker, Induction & Infrared Cooker, Geyser Products.

• We are seeking candidates with relevant experience for this position. Applicants without matching experience are discouraged from applying.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Attend assigned customer service calls and provide effective solutions.

• Reduce work pending, repeated service, average time of work done.

• Ensure all service works done by 48 hours.

• Communicate any service delays or issues with the relevant team promptly.

• Improve the quality and reliability of service work.

• Minimize unnecessary service-related expenses.

• Focus on repairing parts instead of replacing parts when possible.

• Maintain proper documentation of each service job.

• Follow safety standards and company guidelines during all service activities.

• Provide feedback to the team to help improve product quality and design.

• Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Always maintain a well-managed, professional appearance and grooming standard during service visits.

• Increase customer satisfaction and support brand value through quality service.
