Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continually improve processes and tools to increase automation, efficiency, and levels of customer service.
∎ Conceive new ideas and projects to improve operational performance.
∎ Customer Experience Management.
∎ Analyzes opportunities and problems from a broad cross-organizational perspective.
∎ After Sales Project Management.
∎ Maintain an appropriate innovative environment.
∎ Manage Service portfolio Work and analysis of large amounts of data, develop key insights/findings, and propose solutions to various management processes.
∎ Coordinated management of one or more portfolios to achieve organizational strategies and objectives.
∎ Develop behavior patterns focused on innovations Review budget and strategies as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-4 years of experience in relevant fields.
∎ Proper understanding of Refrigerator After Sales Global Service Development.
∎ Fluency in Bengali & English.
∎ Proficient in MS Office package.
∎ Very good at English and Bengali typing.
∎ Understanding consumer behavior.
∎ Critical thinking and decision-making.
∎ Energetic and creative in nature.
∎ Possess good appearance and sound health.
∎ Nice interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
∎ Able to work in diversified and stressful situations.
∎ Very good at presentation skills.
∎ Prior knowledge of Walton's overall culture will be an added advantage.
