Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Service: Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
∎ Good Behavior with Clients: Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with clients is essential. Building and maintaining positive relationships can contribute to customer retention.
∎ Product Delivery: At times, you may need to handle product deliveries to clients' locations. This involves ensuring products are delivered safely and on time.
∎ Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial. You should have the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically, both in written and verbal communication.
∎ Client Management: Managing client relationships involves understanding their needs and preferences, anticipating their requirements, and addressing any concerns they may have.
∎ Work Capacity: Managing your workload efficiently and effectively is essential. This means prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and being organized in your daily work.
∎ English Proficiency: Having a good command of the English language is important, especially if your role involves interacting with English-speaking clients or partners. This includes strong written and spoken English skills.
∎ Responsibility: Taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities is crucial. You should be reliable and accountable for your work.
