Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure customer service and application support for designated area (Virtual/In-Site).
Installation, Training & preventing maintenance planning & execution.
Ensure daily, weekly & monthly maintenance.
Customer awareness building to ensure trouble-free operation of analyzers and safe calibrator & reagent storage.
Co-ordinate with the sales team for smooth operation of business and gain new prospect.
Complete customer service report & monthly service report in a regular manner.
Daily reporting to customer service support group & supervisor.
