Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Taking up the responsibility to maintain and after sales service of various printing & garments related capital machineries.
Installation, maintenance, trouble shooting, routine visit of garments machineries sold by the company all over Bangladesh.
Respond to customer’s complaints and inquiries.
To ensure customers support within shortest possible time.
Handover the defected spare parts and follow up for replacement.
Ensure that all communication and servicing are handled within the required time frame and to the company’s standard.
Reporting to immediate manager with daily update on work progress.
