Identify problems, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, and ensure proper follow-up.
Schedule appointments with existing and potential customers and visit them to collect technical requirements.
Submit regular service and activity reports to the concerned authority.
Install all kinds of machinery used in Garments Accessories Industries.
Maintain strong communication with customers/clients and provide effective after-sales service.
