∎ Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institute in Bangladesh.
∎ Fresher (Recently Diploma Completed) candidate highly encourage to apply.
∎ 2 years Agreement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure Photocopy Machine with print, scan and email functions at Customer End.
∎ Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to Multifunctional photocopy machine at Customer End.
∎ Attend Field call and discuss problems with clients, perform diagnostic tests on Photocopy Machine work to resolve problems, and ensure that Machines are working properly.
∎ Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair to Customer site.
∎ Service Engineers are responsible to keep adequate and up-to-date reports that outline problems they have resolved and how they fixed an issue.
∎ Resolve problems with the photocopy machines at the component level.
∎ Provide technical assistance to identify reported problems and resolve them on a priority basis.
∎ Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
∎ Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
∎ Be able to recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow-up on problems.
∎ Communicate and interact with customers and provide service in a way that is courteous, positive and professional.
∎ Report to your In-Charge on a regular basis at the end of each day's work.
∎ Another Job responsibilities assigned by the line managers or top managements.
