Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma /BSC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institute in Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure Photocopy Machine ,printers and Scanner on the network.
∎ Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to Multifunctional photocopy machine, Printer, Scanner and POS machines at Customer End.
∎ Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair to Customer site.
∎ Resolve problems with the desktops, laptops, printers, projector, photocopy machines at the component level.
∎ Record, upgrade and replace hardware and software systems.
∎ Offer technical support for activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems.
∎ Be able to recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow-up on problems.
∎ Electrical and electronics aptitude and demonstrated skills.
∎ Knowledge of Basic Networking.
∎ Communicate and interact with customers and provide service in a way that is courteous, positive and professional.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Well disciplined and well mannered
∎ Experience in trouble shooting & support , Photocopy Machine ,Laptop, barcode printer, projector and barcode scanner will be given high preference.
Salary: Negotiable
