Responsibilities & Context:
Servicing of analytical equipment
Working experience on Analytical equipment is required
Ensure customer support as and when required
Should have good analytical skills and positive attitude to work
Should have capability to manage team efficiently
Work distribution and monitoring
Professional approach to customers for solving problems
Good writing & speaking skills in English is a must.
Should have communication skills via Email, What’s App
Capability to communicate with foreign principal companies via Emails, What’s App etc. and manage to solve problems
