Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform engine scanning and diagnostic tests using modern tools.
Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of vehicles.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper records of repair/maintenance work.
Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to mechanics and supervise workshop activities.
Coordinate with management regarding technical issues and service improvement.
Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of workshop equipment.
