Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform engine scanning and diagnostic tests using modern tools.
- Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of vehicles.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper records of repair/maintenance work.
- Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to mechanics and supervise workshop activities.
- Coordinate with management regarding technical issues and service improvement.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of workshop equipment.
