• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Master of Science (M.Sc) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology (IT) or any relevant field.

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• At least 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Maintenance and Business Support Core Banking System through service Desk or Maintenance of Hardware, Network and PC support for end user. 

• Design, Development, Implementation, maintenance and Business Support of General Banking operation of Core Banking System.  Or Installation / Trouble shooting PC, Network, Antivirus, Microsoft AD and DC management.

•  Knowledge in ITIL, PL/SQL, MySQL Java, Java Spring, Java Scripts.·         Command in API Development, Knowledge in Python, PHP, Anjular JS.

•  Knowledge in RDBMS, Hibernet Technology, AJAX, ASP.NET.

• Assess system performance and recommend improvements.

• Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers.

• Provide end-user support for Core Banking, Agent Banking and other software.

• Assist SOC operations with hardware, network and branch-level IT support etc.
