Experience:
At least 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Maintenance and Business Support Core Banking System through service Desk or Maintenance of Hardware, Network and PC support for end user.
Design, Development, Implementation, maintenance and Business Support of General Banking operation of Core Banking System. Or Installation / Trouble shooting PC, Network, Antivirus, Microsoft AD and DC management.
Knowledge in ITIL, PL/SQL, MySQL Java, Java Spring, Java Scripts.· Command in API Development, Knowledge in Python, PHP, Anjular JS.
Knowledge in RDBMS, Hibernet Technology, AJAX, ASP.NET.
Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers.
Provide end-user support for Core Banking, Agent Banking and other software.
Assist SOC operations with hardware, network and branch-level IT support etc.
