Responsibilities & Context:
Greet and assist customers, serving as the first point of contact at the branch.
Address basic banking inquiries.
Identify and escalate sales opportunities by introducing customers to the relevant Relationship Managers for loans, credit cards, or investments.
Promote Bank Asia’s products and services to enhance customer engagement.
Support branch operations, campaigns, and activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
Proactively manage queue traffic to minimize wait times and reduce customer congestion.
Maintain a welcoming, professional, and customer-friendly branch environment.
Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues or suggestions to the Branch Manager to improve branch operations.
Guide and educate customers on using the bank’s digital platforms, including mobile apps, online banking, ATM, CDM/CRM etc.
