Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire an SEO Expert to join our dynamic Team and have experience in Technical Digital Marketing,Web Analysis, Social media marketing Strategy and in SEO.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid and Organic search campaigns.
∎ Solid Understanding in On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO.
∎ Be able to identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
∎ Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
∎ Develop and implement link building strategy(like .edu, .govt backlink ).
∎ Develop and implement Content strategies.
∎ Google paid Adsense approval.
∎ Sound knowledge in Gray hat, black hat, white hat SEO and PBN Setup skills.
∎ Guest posting and blog outreach experience.
∎ Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
∎ Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaigns as per company need. Lead generation and customer communication.
∎ Analysis and Write content for SEO and Social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Create and edit posts, videos and other content.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Communication with clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
∎ Update and monitor to WordPress websites.
∎ Monitor, report on and improve Search Engine Rankings.
∎ Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
∎ Identify problems and deficiency and implement Strategic solutions in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare and present reports at a negotiated frequency.
∎ Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed codes.
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
∎ Plan, develop and implement an SEO strategy and KPI’s based on company objectives (on-page and off-page).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven SEO experience
∎ Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
∎ Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
∎ In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
∎ Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
∎ Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
∎ Must be initiative, creative, innovative, quick learner and a team player.
