Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create innovative digital experiences, incorporating visual and interaction design.
∎ Design for various groups of industry.
∎ Need to collaborate with team members, helping & sharing mind.
∎ Need to be enthusiastic & creative about Projects/Tasks
∎ Responsible for creating all responsive digital assets across the brands - this includes, but is not limited to website banners, landing pages, EDMs, ads and more.
∎ Responsible for kickstarting a design system for the digital brand and maintaining the system while ensuring that it adheres closely to the brand guidelines.
∎ Responsible for the conceptualization, customer research, benchmarking, wireframing, low-fi prototyping, customer testing, hi-res design, and close follow-up of all digital builds with the team.
∎ Responsible for working with our developer - able to communicate pixel and motion to perfect developer specs. You understand what developers need and can provide it to them before they ask for it;
∎ Responsible for initial QA on projects, and prepping builds for final approval.
∎ Supporting our Brand and Graphic Designer in helping us take our brand to the next level, assisting with the development of our brand guidelines and UI pattern library.
∎ Supporting product and graphic design requirements as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years of digital or UX/UI design experience for fast paced ecommerce businesses or consumer-facing brands
∎ Expertise in standard UI design software such as Figma (mandatory), or Sketch and InVision.
∎ Should have good knowledge on CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap etc.
∎ Good understanding of MVC frameworks: Laravel ,CakePHP, Codeigniter etc.
∎ Working experience with Wordpress.
∎ Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar. You are able to extract data and draw conclusions. Able to justify design decisions based upon data.
∎ Experience in using best practices to design user-centric solutions including wire framing, customer journey mapping, screen and user flows, prototypes and pattern libraries.
∎ An understanding of mobile-first, responsive design that is also user-centred. You understand usability and accessibility concerns.
∎ You are a high-impact worker who focuses on efficiency and time management with no issues meeting deadlines.
