Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Group. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ ACI Motors distributes ENI lubricants in Bangladesh. Sr./Marketing Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets and dealer development for the `Automotive lubricants segment` in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target as per budget.
∎ Routinely update supervisor about any information, suggestions, criticism related to the activity and results of the product.
∎ Develop dealer network for lubricants.
∎ Make routine visits to all potential fields to ensure the availability of products and develop sales leads.
∎ Ensure proper product detailing to the customers and dealers.
∎ Visit the dealers frequently to ensure the sales as per budget.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to supervisors
∎ Support marketing teams in organizing events and promotional activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience of sales in the lubricant industry.
∎ Sound communication, social and selling skills.
∎ A mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle.
