Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior & Exterior Design concept.
- The Architect must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Resort design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Pavilion Design with full working drawing.
- Candidates should have knowledge in AUTO CAD, SKETCH UP, VRAY, LUMION, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP,ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Good Planning and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Preparing project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
- Performing design and construction management skills during the project's life cycle.
- To prepare 3D visualization as per the Instruction of Team Leader Architect.
- Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render, Photoshop and other)
- Any Other Design related duties assigned by Management.
