• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior & Exterior Design concept.
• The Architect must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Resort design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Pavilion Design with full working drawing.
• Candidates should have knowledge in AUTO CAD, SKETCH UP, VRAY, LUMION, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP,ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Good Planning and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure.

• Preparing project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
• Performing design and construction management skills during the project's life cycle.
• To prepare 3D visualization as per the Instruction of Team Leader Architect.
• Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render, Photoshop and other)
• Any Other Design related duties assigned by Management.
