Responsibilities & Context:
Evaluate client eligibility for visas to first-world countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries, United Kingdom and the UAE
Communicate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies in visa applications.
Advise clients on the necessary documentation and procedures.
Provide clients with up-to-date information and guidance on visa requirements, and processing times.
Monitor application statuses and keep clients informed throughout the process.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide support and assistance as needed.
Solid knowledge in visa processing of Asian Countries.
English proficiency is must
Candidates with English Medium background will be preferred
