Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare, maintain, and update the curriculum of early childhood education, elementary school curriculum, and secondary school curriculum.
∎ Lead our team of teachers to provide lessons in the class and explain how they should provide them.
∎ Prepare a lesson plan for each class, each subject, and each activity for each student.
∎ Plan, develop, and conduct a teacher training plan to make sure we have a highly trained and informed panel of teachers who are capable of completing their responsibilities.
∎ Planning and executing an effective examination system for our students will not only test their subject knowledge but also their creativity and problem-solving ability.
∎ Report to management about the academy's educational progress, budget, future plans, expansion, and any other issues determined by the management.
∎ Communicate with parents for all issues related to their children's academic progress, disciplinary issues, health issues, etc.
∎ Communicate with local, regional, and national authorities for administrative purposes.
∎ Plan, manage, and execute an after-school program and after school sports activities.
∎ Planning and manage any participation in local, regional, and national competitions for our students and teachers.
∎ Smart Academy, an outstanding educational institute, is situated at Ramganj Upazilla in Lakshmipur District. Its main objective is to bring a world-class learning system to a location where people can't afford such a standard of education for their children. Smart Academy plans to adopt the STEAM education system starting next academic year.
∎ The school academic system is a combination of Islamic education, strong emphasis on English language proficiency from early childhood, activity-based learning, the national curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
∎ Smart Academy developed a learning management system (LMS) by which teachers, students, parents, and school management will be able to plan, communicate, work, collaborate, and review every activity digitally using a computer, mobile phone, or any other digital device.
