Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree from any reputed University having no 3rd class in educational background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrating competency in man management and conflict resolution.
∎ Developing and communicating a clear vision and comprehensive strategies that will generate the required changes for the business to ensure its long term profitability and sustained growth.
∎ Directing formulating and/ or approving policies processes and procedures on service quality and pricing with a particular focus on customer relationship.
∎ Planning, preparing and monitoring the business plan and budget, driving superior performance in order to achieve organic growth, improve gross margins and PBITA and ensure sustainable profitability.
∎ Delivering financial returns, adhering to brand values and being organized as the leader in providing security solutions in the market.
∎ Managing and ensuring excellent customer relations and thereby establish long term partnerships and high levels of customer retention.
∎ Ensuring development and application of best practice policies and operating practices throughout the operation, to minimize operational risk.
∎ Identify safety risk exposure and ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent death and injury.
∎ Managing staff performance by motivating, training, coaching and mentorship.
∎ Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as Group policies and procedures.
∎ Readiness to work at any critical situation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-driven.
∎ At least 10 years' experience man management and operation
∎ Commercial endeavor i.e., Sales and Marketing capacity in service sector is also required
