Job Context:
∎ Aadi is looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer who is capable of crafting amazing user experiences and designs. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess analytical and problem-solving skills, design solutions and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
∎ Department: Technology
∎ Working days: 5 Days per week
∎ Work Hours: 10 am to 6 pm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You must be a quick thinker and able to visualise a client's need.
∎ Draw up UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.
∎ Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using InVision/Zapline/Figma etc.
∎ Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.
∎ Highly skilled in PSD to HTML and need to work with development team to process HTML/CSS based on the software requirements.
∎ Communicates with the project teams & explains progress on the development effort.
∎ You will be required to work under pressure and work to deliver.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in UX methodologies and user-centered design
∎ Proven UI designing experience with a strong portfolio. Applicants must share via portfolio any media he/she is comfortable while applying.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Content Developer, Graphic Designer, HTML & CSS, Project designing, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, UI design, UX Designer, Web Developer/ Web Designer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Web Media/Blog

Salary:
∎ 30K - 60K, based on skill level.
