Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree from reputed institution. BBA with Marketing major are preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, develop and establish strategy and tactics in order to onboard new seller acquisition for the aadi website and achieve the targets.
∎ Call/Visit/Email Business Proposal.
∎ Follow Sales Pipeline stage from beginning to end which includes Email, Product Info details of the seller and Pass it on to Tech-Dep to upload in aadi website.
∎ Plan appropriate strategies and the overall acquisition road map for the new seller within the time frame.
∎ Meet monthly partner acquisition targets in terms of New/Existing sellers on-boarding and products info.
∎ Meet daily seller's visit task as a part of individual KPI.
∎ Act a key point of contact with the existing Sellers.
∎ Penetrate accounts and improve customer relationships.
∎ Execute different kinds of Marketing campaigns time to time and provide special offers/discounts/promotions in order to generate quick sales.
∎ Sales monitoring and ongoing analysis of key performance indicators, the market and competition as well as offering recommendations for action and specific proposals for measures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years' experience in B2B sales.
∎ Must be fluent in English and Bangla.

Salary: Negotiable
