Responsibilities & Context: Job Context We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing data-intensive web portals, e-Procurement systems, B2B marketplaces, ERP/CRM dashboards, and responsive web applications. The candidate must be highly proficient in Figma and capable of creating user-centric, scalable, and modern digital experiences. Job Responsibilities Design new web pages, modules, and application interfaces Improve and enhance ERP/CRM dashboards and business portals Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Develop user flows, wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes in Figma Build and maintain comprehensive design systems and UI component libraries Conduct UX research and implement usability improvements Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms Employment Status Part-Time / Full-Time Experience Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience Experience in data-intensive web portals, e-Procurement systems, B2B marketplaces, ERP/CRM dashboards, and responsive web applications is mandatory Additional Requirements Strong proficiency in Figma Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design Experience working with development teams and design handoff processes Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design approaches Excellent communication and presentation skills Salary Negotiable Compensation & Other Benefits Flexible working opportunity Performance-based salary review Professional work environment Career growth and development opportunities Other benefits as per company policy
