Responsibilities & Context: Job Context We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Expert (Quality Assurance & Team Supervision) to oversee data entry operations, ensure data accuracy, supervise team performance, and maintain quality standards before publication. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing data quality, training team members, and improving operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities Team Supervision Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Data Entry Operators Assign tasks and monitor timely completion of assigned work Evaluate team productivity and performance Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Data Quality Assurance Review and verify entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Detect and correct errors, duplicate records, and data discrepancies Ensure compliance with established data quality standards Conduct regular quality audits and provide feedback to team members Tender Information Verification Verify, validate, and approve tender information before publication Ensure accuracy and completeness of tender-related data Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics Analyze error trends and recommend corrective actions Submit performance reports and improvement recommendations to management Training & Development Train newly recruited Data Entry Operators Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Conduct refresher training programs to improve team performance Mentor team members to enhance accuracy and efficiency
