Adobe XD Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, iOS and Android Application Design, Photoshop, Web Application Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop UI/UX solutions using a user-centred design.
∎ Conduct research, User flows, architecture, and Visual design based on requirements.
∎ Collaborate with the Project Managers, Software engineers, Stakeholders, QA Team, and Marketing team for design and decision-related meetings.
∎ Develop user flows and site maps to demonstrate design ideas.
∎ Create final UI screens for several resolutions (whenever required).
∎ Creative content development for Marketing and Advertising Campaigns, such as social media posts, banners, blog images, infographics, etc.
∎ Generate wireframes, interfaces, and iterate on them as per project requirements.
∎ Propose ideas by following standard design principles, patterns, typography, design trends, etc.
∎ Need to communicate with clients and convert requirements into UI design and prototyping.
∎ We need to communicate with the development team to explain the design.
∎ Keep up-to-date knowledge on design trends, technology, tools & resources.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, Sketch.
∎ Strong experience in Website and Web Application Design. Also, need expertise and knowledge of iOS and Android mobile application design.
∎ Knowledge of building and maintaining a Design System and delivering design assets to developers.
∎ Eager to learn independently with no/minimum supervision.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, and eager to work in a challenging environment.
∎ Eager to learn independently with no/minimum supervision.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Education: Graduated in CSE or diploma in Arts & Design or relevant subject.
