Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Specialist – Microsoft Solutions to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise Microsoft platforms across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers, support complex projects, and work closely with architects and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enterprise modernization, hybrid identity, endpoint management, security, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture, Design & Implementation

• Design, implement, and optimize Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructures

• Architect and manage hybrid identity using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync)

• Lead Exchange On-Prem, Hybrid, and Exchange Online deployments and migrations

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 tenant architecture and governance models

Endpoint & Modern Workplace Leadership

• Lead Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) architecture, administration, and optimization

• Architect Microsoft Intune solutions for endpoint, mobile, and security management

• Design device lifecycle management, compliance, and conditional access strategies

• Integrate endpoint security and identity controls with Modern Workplace solutions

Security, Identity & Governance

• Design and enforce Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust, and identity governance

• Implement security best practices across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID

• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and security assessments

• Collaborate with SOC and security teams for incident response and threat mitigation

Operations & Advanced Troubleshooting

• Lead L3/L4 support for complex Microsoft infrastructure issues

• Perform deep root-cause analysis and permanent fix implementations

• Oversee patching, upgrades, disaster recovery, and high-availability designs

• Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices

Project Leadership & Automation

• Lead enterprise migration projects (AD, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Endpoint)

• Drive cloud adoption and hybrid modernization initiatives

• Automate administration using advanced PowerShell scripting

• Create architecture diagrams, design documents, SOPs, and runbooks

Mentorship & Stakeholder Engagement
