Experience:
Masters in Clinical/ Counselling/ IO/ Developmental/ School Psychology from any UGC approved reputed university or institute
Certification course on EDD and ECD will be added as an advantage

This position will ensue the psychosocial and mental wellbeing of the staff, play leader of HPL centers as well as students and Identified case of caregiver. This position will also be responsible for designing, planning, conducting and coordinating the required training regarding mental health.
Conduct psychological assessments & conducting individual counselling support for FDMN, staff, play leader of HPL centers learner and their caregivers
Provide capacity-building support to para counsellor, Play Leaders, Host/FDMN teachers and other frontline staff by delivering relevant trainings as guided by the Sector and organizational standards
Design and develop training modules, content, on play based and mental health topics, tailored to the needs of frontline staff, caregivers, and community members
Provide regular supervision, mentoring, and technical guidance to Para-Counsellors to ensure quality, ethical, and effective psychosocial service delivery.
Field visit & monitoring the Humanitarian Play Lab, Govt. Primary School(GPS), Father and Mother caregiver’s pockets
Provide psychosocial support to the GPS Teachers/FDMN teachers and the Staff.
Collaborate with the project team to design and integrate mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) into play-based learning and nutrition programs.
Provide psychological first Aid (PFA) services in emergency situation
Prepare, Compilation & Submit of daily/bi-weekly MIS/KoBo data, monthly & 4W reporting.
Work as PSEA & Safeguarding focal of HPL Programme.
Strong understanding of child psychology, developmental milestones, and trauma.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
