• Oversee daily activities of CHWs to ensure effective community engagement and program implementation.

• Ensure CHWs adhere to public health guidelines, protocols, and organizational standards.

• Regularly assess CHW performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Organize training sessions to enhance CHW skills and knowledge.

• Ensure CHWs have the necessary materials and resources for their duties.

• Collaborate with community leaders and local health facilities to integrate CHWs into the health system.

• Lead CHW efforts during health emergencies, providing direct support and ensuring rapid and effective response.

• Oversee accurate data collection and ensure timely submission of reports.

• Ensure CHWs provide necessary support to identified vulnerable groups.

• Facilitate CHW participation in broader health initiatives, such as vaccination campaigns.

• Ensure CHWs comply with Organization policies, ethical standards, and enforce compliance as needed.

• Continuously monitor CHW activities' impact on community health outcomes.

• Ensure CHWs have the logistical support needed, including transportation and communication.

• Be available to provide guidance to CHWs around the clock during emergencies.

• Align CHW activities with national health goals and strategies.

• Promote professional development and ethical practice among CHWs

• Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 33,824.00
