∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Ability to work with security guards and non-management level staff.
∎ Must have knowledge of the installation of panel board system, fire alarm, and smoke detector system.
∎ Must have a certificate in fire safety training or retired person from FS & CD who shall be delegated for safety issues, such as training, drill, awareness, etc.
∎ Must have knowledge of the Accord & Alliances rule.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work with security guards and non-management level staff.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise all entry and exit points of the factory.
∎ Check and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and personnel.
∎ Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas (production, storage, etc.).
∎ Oversee loading/unloading of finished goods to prevent theft or loss.
∎ Manage a team of security guards (shift rotations, attendance, discipline).
∎ Train security personnel on factory-specific protocols, emergency response, and discipline.
∎ Ensure guards are in uniform, alert, and positioned at key posts.
∎ Maintain daily incident logs, visitor logs, gate pass records, and material movement registers.
∎ Report incidents (theft, accident, disputes, or fire) to factory management immediately.
∎ Support compliance documentation for audits (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, RSC).
∎ Assist with fire drills and evacuation planning.
∎ Operate and monitor CCTV systems.
∎ Support HR and Admin in handling worker unrest, disputes, or disciplinary issues.
∎ Identify potential threats (internal theft, fire risks, labor unrest).
∎ Develop and enforce preventive security protocols.
∎ Helping with crowd control during protest situations.
