∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
∎ Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide guidance and counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses and admission process.
∎ Assist students in understanding admission requirements and help them select suitable academic programmes based on their qualifications and interests.
∎ This is a high-performance role requiring you to generate leads, call, meet, and be in touch with potential students and other stakeholders.
∎ Meet monthly targets and achieve commission-based incentives. Responsibilities of recruitment and ensuring that a targeted number of student files are opened.
∎ Support students in preparing documents, such as application forms, SOPs, recommendation letters, and financial statements.
∎ Address student's concerns and provide solutions to overcome challenges during the admission and visa process. Communicate with them throughout their application progress.
∎ Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order. Keep records of students' progress and follow up regularly to ensure their needs are met.
∎ Stay updated on visa regulations, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities for various countries.
∎ Maintain communication with the delegates and representatives for up-to-date information.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct seminars and workshops to promote consultancy services.
