Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations.
Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
Monitor patients’ condition pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Supervise and guide junior nursing staff in OT activities.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for smooth surgical workflow.
