Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purpose of the Job (overall high-level summary of the job)
∎ To support the Director Marketing and Operation in the expansion of the production facilities, and capability build out of SIMCO Spinning & Textiles
∎ Assume full responsibility to apply Risk Based Project Management principles to the expansion initiatives at SIMCO, while using structured project governance to establish and achieve key milestones
∎ Use appropriate project planning tools and management information to inform the Project Working Group and Project Steering
∎ Committee (senior management and shareholders) on project progress, blockers to achieving target dates
∎ Proactively manage emerging risks by establishing strong working relationships across SIMCO managers and contractors and third-party vendors (including overseas vendors) to ensure expansion is on track and target trial production dates are met
∎ Escalate issues in a timely, proactive and appropriate manner to the Director Operations and Marketing (who is the executive sponsor of the expansion project.)
∎ Principal Accountabilities Ensure that structured actions are recorded and executed during all meetings
∎ How they are achieved/measured
∎ Project governance (workstreams, working group and Steering Committee) is established (80%)
∎ Principal Accountabilities Ensure that project targets are met and activity pipeline completely utilizes available resources
∎ How they are achieved/measured
∎ Accurate and timely identification of critical milestones and sub-tasks at Level 1,
∎ 2 & 3 (sub task and daily activity level, if required) and inclusion of all Level 1-
∎ 2 items in detailed project plan which is updated daily by workstream inputs (80%)
∎ Principal Accountabilities Drive continuous focus on project execution
∎ How they are achieved/measured
∎ By taking a client-focused approach and build collaborative relationships across SIMCO (without necessarily having line management control of the project resources.) (20%)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 180000 - 200000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
