Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of project activities;
∎ Attend & facilitate Federation meeting (EC, GC, AGM, planning etc.) for effective and ensuring active participation of general members;
∎ Facilitate workshop, orientation, campaign, gathering, day observance, exchange/ exposure visit;
∎ Facilitate Federation to strengthening youth & women forums in the areas of organizational issues;
∎ mobilize and establish the rights of the poor in local government resources, conducting Union based PRA and CAP;
∎ Maintain liaison with upazila level government officials, local government, NGOs, local elits and other Federations on relate issues;
∎ Promote good governance through through follow up/ checking of federation's activities, participatory planning, leadership development etc;
∎ Facilitate ward level meeting with the help of Union Parishad & Union Federation for assessing grassroots people's needs and preparing ward based plan;
∎ Facilitate inter-active meeting with different service providers;
∎ Arrange & facilitate different trainings, orientations, FGD, Interview for Union Parishad bodies;
∎ Attend in different meeting representing RDRS as well as social organization as the case may be;
∎ Maintain organizational regulations and implement it at his/her jurisdiction;
∎ Prepare quarterly, annual and other reports as per requirement;
∎ Any other jobs as and when felt necessary by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experience to work in NGO development work
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills
∎ Ability to write and speak both English and Bangla
∎ Excellent computer skill (MS word, Excel and Power point)
∎ Enthusiastic to work with/ for rural people
∎ Ability to drive motorcycle
∎ Willingness of field visit using motorcycle
∎ Have valid motorcycle driving license
∎ Skilled to generate reports, case study, Case story

Salary: Tk. 27000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Each bonus is equivalent to 50% of monthly consolidated salary
