Overview

Briz Apparel Group is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to drive organic growth across our digital platforms.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a structured and analytical professional who understands modern SEO practices and can deliver measurable results.

We actively invest in digital marketing, including Google Ads. This role focuses on building and scaling a strong organic growth channel alongside existing efforts.

Scope of Role

• Manage On & Off Page SEO across 3 websites representing 3 distinct brands

• Work across different customer segments and search intent

• Execute and optimise strategies to drive consistent growth

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits

• Optimise website structure, content, and internal linking

• Work with developers to implement technical SEO improvements

• Track performance and maintain structured SEO reports

• Improve rankings, traffic, and conversion outcomes

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results

• Experience working across multiple websites or brands

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Technical SEO

  • Content optimisation & search intent

• Hands-on experience with tools:

  • Ahrefs / SEMrush

  • Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Google Search Console

  • Screaming Frog

• Ability to work independently with clear planning and reporting

Preferred

• Experience with international markets (AU, US, UK)

• Experience in wholesale / B2B SEO environments

Team & Environment

• Supported by web developer, design team, and internal product team

• Initial SEO work has been done; now requires structured execution and scaling

• Long-term role with opportunity to grow into leadership as team expands
