We are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Lead to drive field sales, lead and expand the sales team, and support business growth initiatives. The role includes market and operational surveys to identify gaps, improve processes, and increase revenue. This is a senior field-based role with strategic and execution responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and residential sales growth initiatives

• Manage high-value client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
