  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.·
  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio.·
  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
  • Devise effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.·
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our computer hardware products.·
  • Effectively communicate technical specifications and features to clients.·
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to streamline operations.
  • Provide insights and feedback to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular sales reports, analyzing performance against set targets.·
  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.
