Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales and business development initiatives in the IT training and education sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT training programs—including Adobe, Microsoft, Networking, and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence—and have a proven ability to generate new business, nurture client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the IT training domain.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with academic institutions and individual learners.

• Develop a deep understanding of IT training products and services, including Adobe-related, Microsoft-related, Networking, and AI-focused courses.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM system.

• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within an IT training, education environment.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.

• Strong knowledge of IT training programs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
