Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities :Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company, focusing on the sale of affordable housing solutions including plots, flats, and shared land ownership.
∎ Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to promote DMS Realty's offerings, leveraging competitive pricing advantages and highlighting the benefits of affordable homeownership.
∎ Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are accurately completed and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
∎ Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements against targets, using data-driven insights to improve sales performance.
∎ Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within the real estate sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience specifically in selling shared flats or land ownership would be advantageous.
∎ Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferred but not mandatory, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
∎ Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of affordable housing solutions. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and manage emails efficiently.
∎ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
∎ Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a sales team environment, contributing to collective goals and sharing best practices.
