∎ Role Description:
∎ The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and business development for CASTECH Bangladesh. This full-time role primarily involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will develop sales strategies, conduct market analysis, prepare sales reports, and participate in trade shows and events. This is an on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Strong business development and client management experience in the construction chemicals industry
∎ Proficiency in sales strategies, market analysis, and sales reporting
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Chemical field or a related field
∎ 5+ Experience in Bangladesh market is an advantage
∎ Proficiency in relevant software tools
