Job Summary

The Manager, Sales & Marketing will lead and drive the company’s sales and marketing activities for admixture / construction chemical products. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, business development, and strong market understanding to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual sales & marketing strategy, aligned with company goals.

• Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales targets; ensure timely achievement of objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities with contractors, developers, Ready Mixed concrete plants, and dealers.

• Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage after-sales support.

• Develop, mentor, and motivate a high-performing field sales team
