Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manager in charge for Dhaka Rep office/Application center. Manage a small team of sales and application specialist
∎ To develop & implement local market strategies so as to expand our market leadership in wholesales and end users segments via active sales and marketing activities.
∎ To be the lead facilitator on marketing survey, campaign and sales promotion targeting at wholesale markets.
∎ Active engagement with Industrial End users in Wood/Metal/Auto/Shipyards segments so as to generate awareness and acceptance of products via product introduction and trials.
∎ To promote and educate the good practice on abrasive usage via social media and trade magazines, association links etc.
∎ To support importers and dealers on sales implementations, New product launches, sales promotions, product applications & technical support
∎ Support the sales process via distributors
∎ Manage technical application center
∎ Able to organize trial, demo, basic product training to distributors and users.
∎ Able to manage sales forecasting, product planning & collection.
∎ Able to attend customer complains.
∎ Track record in sales/marketing of high quality industrial products within wood/metal Industries is preferred. Related experience in selling industrial consumables products (such as tools, hardware, accessories)
∎ Demonstrated skill in B2B marketing and branding
∎ Educated to degree level in business or engineering related
∎ Able to communicate in English (spoken & written) and presentation skills
∎ Must be matured, independent, resourceful and able to build good effective communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Focused, persistent, pro-active and goal oriented
∎ Based in Dhaka office and required to travel to other provinces
∎ Good computer skills in MS office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Able to communicate in English (spoken & written) and presentation skills.
∎ Must have experience in Abrasive/Hardware/Wood/Metal/Auto/Shipyards products.
Salary: Negotiable
